St. Charles Veterinary Clinic recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients,
its patients and those individuals who visit our website and clinic. St Charles Veterinary Clinic takes
great care to respect and protect the privacy of the client, patient and the on-line visitor. Your
privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client
or the pet without the consent of the owner.

internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site
hosting company at www.stcharlesveterinaryclinic.com or by it's webmaster. We will provide
individually identifiable information about clients to third parties only if we are compelled to do
so by order of a duly empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the
consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. We train all of our
employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about clients and patients
only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
